I can't believe our little 4 lbs. + babies are 9 months old! They are getting so tall and strong!Alison enjoys talking and blowing raspberries and on Dec. 8th, 2005 (her Dad's b-day) she started crawling. She doesn't do it a lot yet, but she's getting better and better at it. She still is a tootlhless wonder, but I can see that her gums are changing and she drools like a St. Bernard, so she must be close! She gets to a sitting position like she's been doing it her whole life. She talks very sweetly and sometimes screams.
Martin Started to pull up from his knees on Dec. 6th, 2005. He is quickly figuring out that he can move from that spot, but hasn't quite put 2 and 2 together. He's very interested in exploring and yelling. He makes noise most hours of the day. He's not napping very well right now as a result of all his new found freedom and physical prowess. He's close to getting some
more teeth. He currently has his bottom two. He is very little BOY. He plays very different than his sister and it is a true joy to watch them develop side by side. They are such different little people with different personalities. It's much to early to see what their personalities will be like. For a long time, Alison was very shy with people when we were out and about, and Martin would give a sideways glance and smile and flirt with all the ladies. Now, Martin stares blankly and Alison smiles.....go figure! We have their 9 mo. appt. coming up, so I will be anxi
ous to see where they are growth wise. I think (guessing, from my shoulder pain and back ache....) Martin is at least a pound heavier than Alison and maybe a full inch taller too. He went from smaller to bigger in a hurry. They are so beautiful!! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by!
